Open v-neckline and puffed cinched short sleeves with a wrap effect around the waist and ruffled skirt. Beautifully lined with crepe. Approximately knee length.<br><br>Belt from runway pics not included. <br><br>Measurements: Shoulders are 15 inches across. The sleeves are 14 inches long and 5 inches at the bottom &amp; across one side. Across the chest from armpit to armpit is approximately 16 inches across. The v- neckline opening allows some give to the chest area. The waist is approximately 13 inches across. Top to bottom approximately 38 inches total.
