Antique miser’s purse, probably from the late 1800’s or early 1900’s. Black knit fabric with a silky sheen, beading on each end pocket and beaded fringe. Some beads missing, especially from the fringe. A slit in the center portion allows you to put your money or treasures in a pocket, then slide the ring past the slit to secure.
